Sento Fair Use Policy

This Policy describes resource/capacity protections for Sento. Illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing conduct is governed by the Terms of Service; this Policy is focused on technical/resource use.

1. Purchased capacity controls

A plan or Order Form may set limits for Usage Credits, seats, workspaces, channels, contacts, conversations, storage, API calls, automation runs, concurrency, model access, or other capacity.

Sento may enforce those limits technically. A material committed capacity stated in an Order Form controls over a general public limit during the applicable prepaid term.

2. Usage Credits

Usage Credits measure consumption of Sento functionality. Different AI modes, models, actions, or features may consume different stated amounts.

Sento may reject, queue, or require additional capacity when an account lacks sufficient Credits or reaches a purchased/technical limit.

Recurring Free-plan Credits may reset or expire at the interval stated in the applicable plan. Credits are not cash and are governed by the Terms.

3. API, concurrency, and automation limits

Sento may apply per-account, per-workspace, per-integration, per-model, or global rate/concurrency limits to protect reliability, security, and third-party quotas.

Circumventing limits through duplicate accounts/keys/workspaces, artificial request splitting, or similar evasion is prohibited.

4. Messaging and channel protection

Sento may throttle or suspend outbound communications that create material deliverability, spam, platform-policy, fraud, or abuse risk. Customer remains responsible for lawful recipient contact, opt-out, and channel-provider rules.

5. Storage and accessible history

Plan-based storage/history availability may differ by plan. Operational retention/deletion of Customer Personal Data is governed by the DPA and the executed retention schedule, not merely by a plan UI limit.

Any exact storage, accessible-history, or retention value published for a plan applies only as stated for that plan and does not replace a stricter DPA, legal-retention, backup, or deletion requirement.

6. Short spikes and sustained excess

Normal short-term spikes are not automatically abuse. If sustained usage materially exceeds purchased capacity or threatens reliability/cost, Sento may:

1. contact Customer to understand the workload;
2. require additional capacity or a plan change;
3. apply rate limits/technical protections;
4. charge only overages authorized by the plan/Order Form; and
5. suspend the affected excessive use if Customer does not cooperate and continued use creates material risk.

7. Free-plan protections

Sento may apply stricter rate, storage, support, model, and automation limits to Free accounts and may change/discontinue future Free capacity prospectively.

Automated account creation or multiple Free accounts used to evade limits is prohibited.

8. Changes

Sento may update technical fair-use ranges as infrastructure and product economics evolve. A change will not retroactively remove a specific paid committed capacity stated in an Order Form except as permitted by the Agreement for security, law, third-party dependency failure, or material misuse.
