This Notice supplements the Sento International Privacy Policy. A regional section applies only if the relevant law applies to Sento and to the person making the request.
1. European Union / EEA
Where the GDPR applies, individuals may have the rights to access, rectify and erase Personal Data; restrict processing; receive portable data where the portability conditions apply; object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing; withdraw consent prospectively; and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Where Article 22 GDPR applies to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects, applicable safeguards and rights apply. Sento does not represent that its ordinary customer-support generation, summarization or routing is such a decision system.
Requests may be sent to [LEGAL_EMAIL]. Sento will verify identity using information reasonably proportionate to the request and the risk. Sento does not routinely require a government identity document if a less intrusive method is sufficient. GDPR requests are handled within the statutory period, ordinarily one month, subject to lawful extensions.

2. United Kingdom
Where the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act framework apply, individuals may have rights corresponding to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and applicable safeguards for solely automated significant decisions. A complaint may be made to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Storage/access technologies and electronic direct marketing are additionally subject to PECR and the current UK rules applicable to those technologies.

3. United States
This section applies only where a US state privacy law covers Sento's processing and the requesting individual.
3.1 California
Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, California consumers may have rights to know/access Personal Information, correct inaccuracies, delete Personal Information subject to exceptions, obtain required disclosures about categories/sources/purposes/recipients, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses/disclosures of Sensitive Personal Information where the statutory right applies, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.
Sento does not intentionally sell Personal Data for monetary consideration and does not use Customer Content for targeted advertising. If a website or advertising technology is legally classified as "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA, Sento treats that processing according to the CCPA and honors the legally required opt-out mechanism, including qualifying opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.
Where California's 2026 automated decisionmaking technology requirements apply to a covered use of ADMT, Sento provides or supports the notices, access information and opt-out rights required for that processing. This statement does not classify ordinary customer-support AI features as covered ADMT for significant decisions.
3.2 Other US states
Where another applicable state law grants such rights, consumers may have rights to confirm/access, correct, delete and obtain portable Personal Data; opt out of sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling; use recognized universal opt-out mechanisms; receive non-discriminatory treatment; and appeal a denied request where the applicable law provides an appeal process.

4. Canada
Where PIPEDA applies, individuals may request access to Personal Information under Sento's control, challenge its accuracy and request correction, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis and withdrawal is legally available, and challenge Sento's compliance through the designated privacy contact.
Sento applies accountability, purpose identification, proportional collection, appropriate safeguards, openness and retention limitation to covered processing. Requests and complaints may be sent to [LEGAL_EMAIL].
5. Brazil
Where the LGPD applies, data subjects may exercise the rights provided by applicable LGPD provisions, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization/blocking/deletion where the statutory conditions apply, portability as regulated, information about sharing, information about consent choices, withdrawal of consent, and review/information rights concerning qualifying automated decisions.
Individuals may also petition the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) where applicable. Requests may be sent to [LEGAL_EMAIL]. Sento responds within the periods and format required by the LGPD and applicable ANPD rules.
6. Australia
Where the Australian Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles apply, individuals may request access to and correction of Personal Information and may raise a privacy complaint. Sento's International Privacy Policy also describes likely overseas disclosures to the extent required and practicable once the relevant recipient countries are known.

7. New Zealand
Where the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 applies, individuals may request access to and correction of Personal Information and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Overseas disclosures are handled under Information Privacy Principle 12 where it applies.

8. Singapore
Where the Singapore PDPA applies, individuals may exercise applicable access and correction rights and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to the consequences and exceptions provided by law. Sento also applies the applicable protection, retention limitation and transfer limitation obligations.

9. General request handling
Sento may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, residency or authority. Verification is proportionate to the sensitivity of the data and the risk of unauthorized disclosure. Authorized agents may act where applicable law permits, subject to legally permitted proof of authority and verification.
Sento does not charge for a request unless applicable law permits a reasonable fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded, excessive, repetitive or otherwise chargeable request. Response periods, extensions and appeal rights follow the law applicable to the request.
